Summary: In an age defined by speed and digital mediation, discipleship faces new and invisible challenges. I explore how our technological environment subtly reshapes the conditions necessary for spiritual formation. Importantly, how our technological age diminishes our receptivity to grace. In order to cultivate our receptivity to grace we must recover inconvenient practices like shared meals and intentional presence so discipleship can flourish.
